Two Providence residents pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to trafficking a kilogram of fentanyl-laced heroin to Rhode Island from New York.
DEA Agents arrested a Providence man in Warwick Aug. 23 with the assistance of Warwick Police and Missouri State Police after he attempted purchasing what he believed to be a truck carrying heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.
