The RI State Police will host a memorial ceremony for the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and their families at their Smithfield headquarters this morning, followed by three local memorial ceremonies this morning and tonight.
Members of the Warwick Police Department and Warwick Fire Department honor guards participated in a ceremony honoring the victims of and responders to the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the day’s 14th anniversary Friday.

Warwick, RI – About 390 bicyclists from several New England police departments in the Sept. 11 memorial Tour de Force bicycle ride rolled down Post Road Thursday at about 4:30 p.m., stopping at the Sheraton Inn for the first leg of their tour.
