WARWICK, RI – RIDOT is scheduled to open the westbound section of the Veterans Memorial Drive Extension, the new roadway segment in Apponaug, during the week of Oct. 11, the first step in establishing two-way traffic through the Apponaug Circulator project this fall.

“This will involve the conversion of Greenwich Avenue to two-way traffic, the closure of a portion of Centerville Road, and several other major changes to the existing traffic patterns.
