WARWICK, RI — A Warwick woman won $100,000 playing the “Pinball Wizard” Instant Game, the RI Lottery announced today.
The woman purchased the winning ticket at Dave’s Marketplace, 18 Airport Rd., Warwick. She told the RI Lottery that she plays the game often and couldn’t believe she had won the top prize.
She plans to do some home renovations with her winnings.
The woman is the latest in a recent string of lucky winners in Warwick:
- On the week of March 3, a Warwick man won $13,500 after betting $10 on a 10-spot Keno Plus ticket at Union Avenue Shell, 200 Union Ave., Providence.
- Robert Angilly, Jr. of East Greenwich played the numbers from his 17-year-old granddaughter’s birthday at Stop & Shop, 300 Quaker Lane, Warwick Feb. 6, winning a $50,000 Powerball jackpot.
