WPD Arrest Log Oct. 1 – 14: Assault, B&E, Larceny, DUI

WARWICK — Warwick Police made 105 arrests between Oct. 1 and Oct. 14, according to the WPD arrest log, on charges including 5 for domestic assault, one for breaking and entering, two for narcotics possession, six for simple assault, one for  aggravated assault, 14 for outstanding warrants, and 19 for DUI.

Of the arrests made during this period, Warwick Police recorded 73 of them on their website. Below are the details of a few of those arrests, followed by the balance of the reported arrests:

  • On Oct. 4, Warwick Police arrested Richard Brady, 51, of 50 Houston Ave., Narragansett, at InskipBMW/Inskip Audi, 1517 Bald Hill Road, charging him with theft of motor vehicle parts.
  • On Oct. 5, 2018 at 2:14 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Tyree J. Berdecia, 20, of 802 Town Farm Road, Coventry at 157 Kilvert St., charging them with breaking and entering a dwelling house.
  • On Oct. 6 at 10:53 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Brandon Smith, 28, of 16 Baker St. West Warwick, at 84 Stokes St. in Warwick, charging him with felony aggravated assault.
  • On Oct. 7 at 3:33 p.m., Warwick Police were called to to Kent County Hospital, 455 Toll Gate Road, for a report of an assault on staff by a patient with urine. Police charged Jeremy Wardlow, 45, of 1 Boughton Road, Newport, RI, under treatment for the last two days for alcohol withdrawal, with three counts of simple assault, and one of disorderly conduct.
