At 6:45 p.m. July 29, troopers arrested Raymond Bell, 25, of 5507 Post Road, East Greenwich, for a Third District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
