Family Court scofflaw arrested after traffic stop At 11:01 a.m., Aug. 19, troopers arrested Darrell Pilon, 42, of 30 Wadsworth St., Warwick, on a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non-Support.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Shore Road in the City of Warwick. Pilon was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
Warwick woman arrested for DUI During the weekend of Friday, Aug 14, through Sunday, Aug 16, 2015, troopers arrested nine people for Driving Under the Influence, including one Warwick resident.
Troopers arrested Alyssia O’Toole, 25, of 91 Love Lane, Warwick, Rhode Island, charging her with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (Blood alcohol content .139 / .142)
Exeter traffic stop yields heroin arrest On Thursday Aug. 20, at 4:30 p.m, troopers arrested James J White, 32, of 100 Metropolitan Drive Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) Possession of Schedule I-V (Heroin) and 2) Driving In Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Exeter. White was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth District Court.
