Family Court Scofflaw nabbed on Rte. 95 At 4:02 p.m. July 22, troopers arrested Daniel Marino, 38, of 34 Sixth Ave., Woonsocket, on a Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Non Support, Reciprocal Body Attachment.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Marino was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions, Men’s Intake.

Sex offender charged with indecent solicitation of minor On July 16, members of the Computer Crimes Unit arrested Justin M. Burgess, 21, of 56 Gavel Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Indecent Solicitation of a Minor; and 2) Electronically Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor.

Burgess was arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Madeline Quirk and held on $50,000 surety bail with special bail conditions that include a no contact order with the victim, no contact with minors, no Internet access and no handheld devices with Internet capability.

Suspended license, family court scofflaw arrested On July 24 at 3 a.m., troopers arrested Alex Carlson, 25, of 1682 Main St., West Warwick, RI for: 1.) 3rd District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the charge of Driving With Suspended License originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2.) Family Court warrant for Failure to Appear – Non- Support.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in Warwick. Carlson was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute.
