WARWICK, RI —  State Police arrests between June 20 and 24 included a Warwick man involved in illegal nude photo sharing and stolen firearm and armor piercing bullet possession,  as well as the following arrests for joyriding, reckless driving, and DUI:

Driver without permission faces reckless driving, driving without consent charges in At 11:29 p.m. June 20, troopers arrested Earl Massey, 32, of 164 Weeden Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Without Consent of Owner, 2.) Reckless Driving, 3.) Obstruction, 4.) Operating on a Suspended License (2nd Offense).

The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. Massey was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and then released pending a future court date at the Third Division District Court.

Traffic stop, DUI arrest on Rte. 95 At 9:04 p.m. June 21, troopers arrested Vanessa Dasilva, 25, of 12 Oakdale St., Smithfield, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs, BAC Unknown- First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick.

Shoplifting hearing, family court scofflaw arrested At 11:40 p.m. June 23, troopers arrested Nao Kue, 43, of 140 Waverly St., Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Misdemeanor Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department. 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick.

Troopers aid disabled car, arrest DUI hearing scofflaw At 9:57 p.m. June 23, troopers arrested Anthony Pedchenko, 25, of 28 Troy Ave., Warwick, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Rte. 95 South in Pawtucket. Pedchenko was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
