WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log this week in, nearby and involving Warwick were the result of multiple traffic stops on state highways and roads leading to charges for DUI, missing court on a suspended license charge, DUI, illegal possession of Adderall and the execution of an arrest warrant for a woman wanted for domestic assault.
Here are the details of those arrests:
Trooper catches court scofflaw during Rte. 95 stop At 9:46 a.m. Feb. 5, troopers arrested Donald Graham, 29, of 200 Wakefield St., West Warwick, RI for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License out of the West Warwick Police Department 2.) Third District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Expired License out of the West Warwick Police Department and 3.) Third District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer out of the Coventry Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in Warwick. Graham was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court.
Trooper arrests man for illegal Adderall possession during stop At 11:53 p.m. Feb.5, troopers arrested Scott Anderson, 42, of 86 Blackburn St., Warwick, RI for 1.) Possession of Schedule II (Adderall) 2.) Driving while in Possession of Controlled Substance.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Anderson was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released.
Caller alerts Troopers to Rte. 295 erratic driver, DUI arrest At 12:34 a.m. Feb. 9, Troopers arrested Kayla O’Brien, 24, of 114 Gansett Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs – First Offense / BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of an E-911 call to the Wickford Barracks and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Rte. 295 in Warwick. O’Brien was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
Rte. 95 stop ends with DUI arrest At 2:20 a.m. Feb. 9, troopers arrested Harold Alexieff, 50, of 140 Bourne Ave., Apartment #14, East Providence, Rhode Island, for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs – First Offense / BAC Unknown; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
Troopers stop, arrest woman wanted on domestic assault At 12:58 a.m. Feb. 9, Troopers arrested Donna Duval, 41, of 476 Washington St., Apartment #1, Coventry, RI, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department for two counts of Domestic Simple Assault and one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Duval was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to Warwick Police Department.
