The City Council will consider a new ordinance outlining new rules for determining who will be issued concealed carry gun permits on April 6.

Warwick, RI – Mayor Scott Avedisian’s office warned motorists Monday afternoon that gas line construction will cut down the lanes you’ll have at your disposal travelling on Post Road and Centerville Road in the city Tuesday.

The work is scheduled between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Avedisian’s office announced in a release sent to media Monday.

The Mayor’s office asked residents to use caution in this area and to seek alternate routes to avoid traffic delays.
