WPD Seeks Help Identifying Feb. 2 Assault Suspect

Warwick, RI — Warwick Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they suspect assaulted a woman at the CVS at 767 Warwick Ave. early Feb. 2.

In posting about their investigation on their Facebook page, Warwick Police noted that at 12:30 a.m. that day, the man, pictured in a video still, approached a woman as she returned to her car from the CVS at 767 Warwick Ave at the street’s intersection with Atlantic Ave.

“We are looking to identify this pictured male whom we believe might be “staying” in the area,” Police wrote to their page.

Police ask anyone with information about the man or the assault to call Det. Sgt. Andy Sullivan at 401-468-4246.
