WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police are hoping to reunite a dilapidated travel trailer with its owner, whom they surmise is not far away from where it was abandoned near the end of Blanchard Street on vacant airport property.

“If you recognize this abandoned eyesore please reach out to us. It couldn’t have traveled far between the rotted wood, decomposed animals, and missing wheels so it might have been misplaced by a local,” Warwick Police wrote on their Facebook Page seeking the public’s help Sept. 5.

Police reported that the decomposed animals in question were rodents that had been making their home in the trailer.

The Warwick Police Department’s phone number is 401-468-4200.
