WARWICK, R.I. — RI State Police report at crash Friday morning on Rte. 295 in Smithfield killed the driver, a Warwick woman.

State Police say Kyla Vinacco, 30, was killed Friday at 9:30 a.m. when she somehow lost control of her car, causing it to roll over near Farnum Pike on Rte. 295 north. State Police Lt. Col. Kevin Barry said speed does not appear to have been a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
