Warwick Police Arrests July 20 – July 27: DUI, Hit & Run, Domestic Stalking

WARWICK, R.I.  — There were 48 Warwick Police arrests between July 20 and July 27, including four for DUI, five for shoplifting, one for hit and run, one for domestic stalking, and one for possession of a stolen vehicle/parts.

  • At 7:27 p.m. July 22, Warwick Police arrested Ricardo Pognon, 24, at 320 Warwick Ave., charging him with possession of a stolen vehicle/parts, and driving with a suspended license.
  • At 10:49 a.m. July 24, Warwick Police arrested Leroy Earl Dodge, 34, in the Bleachery Court area, charging him with domestic stalking and violation of a no-contact order.
  • At 3:54 p.m. July 25, Warwick Police arrested Barrington Linwood Haggins, 49, at Hobby Lobby, 945 Bald Hill Road, charging him with failing to stop after a crash resulting in damage to a vehicle, DUI, refusing to submit to a chemical test, and operating without a license.
