Larceny On Sunday, Oct. 6, Officer Connor R Bemis arrested Richard Allen Forcier, 51, of 405 Beach Ave., Warwick, RI, charging him with Larceny of a Firearm. Forcier was arraigned Oct. 7 in Third Division District Court, scheduled for a status conference Nov. 7 and then a court screening for Dec. 16. He was released on a surety $2,500 bond (@10% $250.00) Any.
Larceny, Domestic Assault On Oct. 21, at 8:07 a.m., Officer Zachary J Black arrested Noel J. Acevedo, 30, of 631 Post Road, charging him with two counts of domestic violence, simple assault, first offense, and Domestic Violence, disorderly conduct, first offense
Larceny, vehicle tampering On Oct. 6, at 2:49 p.m., Officer Brittany L Crabtree arrested Cameron Simas, 24, of 4 Fisher Ave., Warwick, RI, charging him with Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion under $100. He was arraigned Oct. 8 and scheduled for a Jan. 6, 2025 court screening in Third Division District Court.
Passing fake bills On Oct. 28 at 2:30 a.m., Officer Officer Anthony D Meola arrested Reynaldo Martinez, 32, of 130 Belelview Ave., Apt. 2, Pawtucket, RI, charging him with two counts of passing of counterfeit bills or notes. He was arraigned in Third Division Dist. Court Oct. 28, scheduled for a Jan. 6 court screening, and released on $4,000 personal recognizance.
