Warwick man charged with DUI following crash in North Kingstown
Wickford Barracks: On Sunday June 8, at 6:09 p.m., a trooper arrested Richard A. Waters, age 63, of 191 Fairfax Drive, Warwick, charging him with driving under the influence of liquor —1st offense—BAC .08 – .10 (Phase I .094 & Phase II .098).
The arrest was the result of troopers’ response to a motor vehicle crash on Rte. 4 in North Kingstown. Waters was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
West Warwick man arrested on Warwick PD shoplifting warrant
Hope Valley Barracks:Â On Sunday, June 8 at 9:30 p.m., troopers arrested Donald Rose, 50, of 78 Tanglewood Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for an affidavit and arrest warrant for conspiracy to commit shoplifting out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Providence man arrested on protection order violation, obstruction
Wickford Barracks:Â On Sunday June 8, at 5:12 p.m., a trooper arrested Justin M. Siravo, age 24, of 24 Fairview St., Providence, Rhode Island, charging him with domestic violation of a protection order, obstructing a police officer, and operating on a suspended license.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
Cranston man arrested for failing to appear on support charge
Wickford Barracks: On June 9 at 8:21 a.m., troopers arrested Joseph Leone, 44, of 125 Crescent Ave., Cranston, on a Providence County Family Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for non-support/reciprocal body attachment.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Leone was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Providence Family Court.
