Trooper Log: Warwick Man Arrested after report of Suspicious Activity at State House

Warwick man’s arrest on felony warrant.

At 5:58 p.m. Aug. 15, troopers arrested Uriah Conn, age 32, of 49 Lake Shore Drive, Warwick, RI for 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Larceny and Felony Conspiracy, 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear and Pay on the charge of Driving on a Suspended License out of the North Kingstown Police Department.

 This arrest was the result of a call for service from the Capitol Police regarding suspicious activity on the State House grounds. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.

At 11:37 a.m. Aug. 15, troopers arrested Steven Campusano, 27, of 36 Diamond St. 2FL, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving With Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Camden Avenue in Providence. Campusano was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

Wickford Barracks: Traffic stop prompts warrant arrest of Cranston man

On Wednesday Aug. 13, at 9:09 a.m., a trooper arrested Kevin Voisard, 26, of 1330 New London Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating from the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in Warwick. Voisard was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Third District Court.
