Warwick, RI — Two crashes in the left lane on Rte. 95 north near the Rte. 4 split early this morning have tied up traffic.
The first of the crashes occurred at about 7 a.m. near the Cowesett overpass, the second was reported by the RIDOT at about 8:30 a.m. after the Rte. 4 merge. The first crash had recently been cleared when the second crash occurred. The second of the crashes had not yet been cleared as of 9:15 a.m.
