Nicholas Rovinski, 25, of Warwick is scheduled to stand trial Feb. 6 on charges that he conspired to support the terrorist organization Islamic State (ISIL), as part of a trio planning to behead a woman who had organized a conference featuring cartoons of the prophet Muhammad.
Court documents released this morning show the FBI has charged Nicholas Rovinski, of 167 Aspinet Drive, 25, a.k.a. Nuh Amriki a.k.a. Nuh al Andalusi, with conspiring support the terrorist organization Islamic State (ISIL), in connection to a terrorism investigation in Roslindale, MA.
Nicholas Rovinski of 167 Aspinet Drive was arrested this evening without incident after a nine-day stakeout of his home by Warwick Police, State Troopers and the FBI.
