Neither impaired nor distracted driving appear to have been factors in the death of Anthony Rossi, 80, of Warwick, who was struck by a blue minivan while crossing Warwick Avenue near Fourth Avenue Wednesday night at 8:33 p.m.
WARWICK, R.I. — Warwick Police have released the identity of a 70-year-old East Providence man struck and killed by at least one vehicle at 139 Jefferson Blvd. Thursday night, and a photo of two men in a black SUV in the area at the time they hope can shed light on the man’s death.
