WARWICK, RI —  State Polices arrests in the RI Trooper Log between May 14 and May 17 in, nearby and involving Warwick included warrant arrests for missing court, driving with a suspended license, hit and run, and stealing a firearm.

The details of those RI Trooper Log arrests are listed below:

Rte. 95 Stop ends in warrant arrest At 9:01 a.m. May 14, troopers arrested Forrest Perry, 46, of 123 Robinson St., Providence, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating from the Providence Police Department for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Perry was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later transported to the Providence Police Department.

West Warwick stop ends in arrest for suspended license warrant At 11:29 p.m. May 14, troopers arrested Brandon Castillo, 22, of Fairmount St. Woonsocket, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License originating from the North Smithfield Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.

Troopers arrest man wanted for missing court dates On Monday, May 14 at 3 p.m., troopers arrested Jonathan Santana Espinosa, 28, of 351 Manton Ave., Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Santana Espinosa responding to the Department of Motor Vehicles where he was taken into custody. Espinosa was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake.

Troopers arrest man on warrant for stealing firearm At 1 p.m May 15, troopers arrested William Jennings, 29, of 164 Linwood Ave., Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Larceny of a Firearm originating from the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 south in Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

Troopers arrest man on hit and run charge At 11:15 p.m., May 15, troopers arrested Trevor Hedger, 25, of 25 Krzak Rd. Apt. C, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for Duty to Stop – Accident to Attended Vehicle.

The arrest was the result of a hit and run investigation on Rte. 95 North in the City of Warwick. Hedger was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
