RIDOT: Road Work, Lane Closures Scheduled Sept. 22 – Sept. 28

WARWICK — The RIDOT has a lot of work scheduled throughout the state, including several projects that will affect commuters traveling through and in Warwick during the week running Sept. 22 – Sept. 28:


I-195 Warwick: 
I-95 South, from Exit 12B to Exit 10B, alternating lane closures for a bridge inspection, Mon. night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-195 Warwick: 
I-95 North and South, from Rte. 2 to Service Rd., lane and shoulder closures for construction, Sun.-Thurs. nights from 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

I-195 Warwick: 
I-95 North at the South County Freeway Bridge, alternating lane closures with one lane open for bridge work, Thurs. night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Delays anticipated. Follow signed detours.

 Warwick to Cumberland: I-295 North and South, including the ramps, from Exit 1 to Exit 22, expect alternating lane closures in a moving operation for striping, Sun.-Thurs. nights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

 Warwick: Rte. 4 South at the South County Freeway Bridge, two lanes closed for construction, Sun.-Thurs. nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Expect delays. Follow signed detour.

Rte 4 Warwick: Rte. 4 South, from the I-95 split to Exit 8 (Rte. 2/East Greenwich), right shoulder closed through late Fall 2018.

Overnight

 Warwick: Rte. 2 North and South, from Division Rd. to Temore Rd., alternating lane closures in a moving operation for milling, Mon. and Tues. nights from 8:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Delays anticipated.

Weekday

 Coventry: Rte. 117 West, from Leuba Lane to Walker Lane, partial right lane closure for drainage work, Mon.-Wed. from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

West Warwick: West Warwick Ave. West, from Standard St. to Cottage St., partial right lane closure for drainage work, Mon. from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
