WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Sept. 16 – 23  concerning Warwick involved charges of child molestation, possession of cocaine and fentanyl, DUI, cyberstalking and possession of an unlicensed pistol.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police arrests:

Warrant, Child Molestation, Domestic Assault On Sept. 16 at 8 a.m., troopers arrested Francisco Cante Gomez, 22, of 53 Arrow St., Central Falls, Rhode Island for, 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department on the charge of Second-Degree Child Molestation. 2.) Affidavit, an Arrest Warrant out of the Central Falls Police Department on the charge of Domestic Felony Assault/Battery and Domestic Disorderly. 3.) Sixth District Bench Warrant on Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Driving with Expired License originating out of the Central Falls Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a CEU Inspection on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Gomez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

Cocaine, Conspiracy At 10:25 a.m. Sept.17, troopers arrested Christopher Bourage, 45, of 201 Bellman Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charges of 1) Unlawful Delivery of Scheduled I-V Substance (Cocaine) and 2) Unlawful Delivery of Scheduled I-V Substance (Cocaine) – Conspiracy originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Bourage was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the custody of the Providence Police Department.

Erratic Driver, Fentanyl At 9:10 a.m. Sept. 18, troopers arrested Jessie Coleman, 29 of 84 Spruce Lane, Attleboro, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs-BAC Unknown, 2.) Possession of Schedule 1-V Controlled Substance-Fentanyl – 10 grams or less.

The arrest was the result of Troopers locating an erratic operator on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Coleman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and later transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 12:52 a.m. Sept. 19, troopers arrested Katrina Marsden, 24, of 43 Westerly Ave, Providence, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .10 – .15 – 1st Offense (Phase I: 0.145%, Phase II: 0.142%).

This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in the City of Warwick. Ms. Marsden was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

Cyberstalking At 9:51 p.m. Sept. 19, troopers arrested Jonah Bason, 23, of 262 Smith Street, Cranston, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence – Cyberstalking and Harassment originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Wanted, Unlicensed Pistol At 1:21 a.m. Sept. 20, troopers arrested Ariel Suarez, 34, of 55 Ridgway Ave., Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Carrying a Pistol without a License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

At 6:05 a.m. Sept. 21, troopers arrested Marlon Monzon Munoz, 23, of 80 School St., Apartment #3, Central Falls, RI for a Third District Court Hold Without Bail Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original chare of DUI -.10 to .15 – First Offense originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Monson Munoz was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to the ACI -Men’s.
