[Warwick Post photo] Rhode Island State Police arrests this week included a charge for a  T.F. Green bomb threat, DUI, and assault.

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Sept. 26-28 involving Warwick included a false T.F. Green bomb threat, DUI, counterfeit certificates, and assault.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Traffic stop, missed court date At 4:15 p.m. Sept. 26, troopers arrested Rayna Ransom, 27, of 27 Arthur Ave., Apt. #6, Providence, Rhode Island for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License originating out of the Middletown Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Ms. Ransom was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace then released.

Threats/False reports: T.F. Green bomb threat:  On Sunday, Sept. 26, at 6:44 p.m., troopers arrested David Smith, 47, of 49 Stokes St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for Threats, False Report of Placing Explosives in Buildings.

The arrest was the result of a follow up investigation into a TF Green Bomb threat, according to State Police records. Smith was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Third Division District Court.

Hit & run, damage resulting On Monday, Sept. 27, at 5 a.m., troopers arrested Jeremy Collazo, 28, of 16 Charles St., Warwick, RI, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for 1.) Duty to Stop – Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License – Third or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Collazo being located by the Warwick Police Department. Collazo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.

Missed court – counterfeit certificates At 11:32 a.m. Sept. 28, troopers arrested Richard Shea, 41, of 664 East Ave Apartment #2, Warwick, RI, for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing, on the original charge of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, originating out of the Warwick Police Department, and 3.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing, on the original charge of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Shea was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Kent County Superior.

Traffic stop, DUI arrest At 10:45 p.m. Sept. 28, troopers arrested David Antonucci, 57, of 8 Audrey Drive, Johnston, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence – First Offense – B.A.C. Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Antonucci was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, specially arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Simple assault At 1:40 a.m. Sept. 28, troopers arrested Lowell Harris,  42, of 3618 Gray Fox Drive, Columbus, OH, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault originating out of the East Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Harris was taken into custody and turned over to the East Providence Police Department.
