WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests June  21– 25 involved charges for DUI,  possession of stolen goods, violating a child porn sentence, and domestic violence felony assault.

Here are the details of those RI Trooper Log arrests:

DUI, Hit & Run At 4:18 p.m. June 21, troopers arrested Angelica Ferrer, 24 of 5 Heather Hollow Road, West Greenwich RI for 1.) DUI-First Offense (BAC Unknown), 2.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Attended Vehicle) and 3.) Operating on a Suspended License-Third Offense.

The arrest was the result of an E-911 call to the Barracks regarding a hit and run motor vehicle accident and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Rte. 102 South in Exeter. Ferrer was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, presented as a Bail Violator and Probation Violator, and turned over to the ACI Woman’s Intake Center.

Providence crash, DUI, At 8:55 p.m. June 23, troopers arrested Jeremy C. Pierce, 24, of 46 Larchmere Drive, Rumford, Rhode Island for: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense – B.A.C Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense.

This arrest was the result of troopers responding to a single car motor vehicle accident in the City of Providence. Pierce was subsequently transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Receiving stolen goods On June 23, AIden Hindley-Rivera, 18, of 45 Reynolds Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Goods Under $1,500.

Hindley-Rivera was processed at State Police Headquarters, later arraigned in Third District Court and released on Personal Recognizance.

Traffic stop, DUI arrest At 1:40 a.m. June 24, Troopers arrested Andrew Pimentel, 36, of 70 Tomahawk Trail, Cranston, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. .15 or Greater – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Pimentel was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by A Justice of the Peace then released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Child porn sentence violation On June 24, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joseph Simone, 31, of 4 West River Parkway, North Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for a 32 Filed Violation of a Suspended Sentence on an original charge of Child Pornography originating from the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Barracks.

Simone was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and later turned over to Providence Superior Court officials.

Wanted for robbery On June 24, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Patrick Dandeneau, 30, of 39 Valley St., Blackstone, Massachusetts, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant (AG request) for First-Degree Robbery. Mr. Dandeneau was turned over to Massachusetts authorities.

At 4:10 p.m. June 25, troopers arrested Todd Raymond, 49, of 43 High Service Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Grand Larceny originating from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.

Missed court, shoplifting At 11:41 a.m. June 25, troopers arrested Devanji Powell, 45, of 655 Public St., Providence, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Shoplifting, out of the East Providence Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to Providence Superior Court.

Wanted for assault of child On June 26, at 6:45 a.m., members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony Marzilli, age 42, of 58 Arrow Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Florida on the charge of Violation of Parole with an original charge of Assault and Battery on a Child. The

arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Marzilli was processed and turned over to officials at the ACI.

Missed court, weapons possession On June 26 at 11:30 a.m., members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antonio Cueva, 25, of 75 Mathewson Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation hearing on a charge of Weapons other than Firearm; 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on a Domestic Violence Breaking and Entering charge; and 3) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on a Domestic Violence 3rd Offense charge.

This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Cueva was processed and turned over to officials at Superior Court.

Domestic violence, felony assault On June 26 at 9:30 a.m., members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jonathan Cuevas, 30, of 296 Sayles Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on a charge of Domestic Violence Felony Assault.

This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Cuevas was processed and turned over to officials at Superior Court.
