WARWICK, RI — RI State Police arrests last week in and involving Warwick, recorded in the RI Trooper Log, included charges for failing to register as a sex offender, illegal computer access, violation of a no contact order and drug possession:

Sex offender fails to register, arrested On Sept. 22, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Steven St. Onge, 60, of 135 Reynolds Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, charging him with: 1) Failure to Register as a Sex Offender; and 2) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Sexual Offense Failure To Notify Change of Address.

St. Onge was processed and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department.

Warwick woman turns self in on Illegal Computer Access charge At 5:05 p.m. Sept. 25, troopers arrested Gail Egan, 42, of 134 Atlantic Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Computer Crimes Unit for 1 count of Computer Access.

The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by State Police Detectives and the subject responding to headquarters to turn herself in as a condition of her bail. The subject was processed, photographed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace before being released.

Traffic stop nabs man wanted on no-contact violation At 6:46 p.m. Sept. 25 Troopers arrested Thomas Lalli, age 23, of 89 Obadiah Ave., Warwick RI for Violation of No Contact Order – 3rd/Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court where he will be presented as a potential bail violator.

Warwick man arrested for missing B&E charge hearing At 9:48 a.m. Sept. 27, troopers arrested James Whitfield, 26, of 262 Sayles Ave., Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Breaking and Entering a Public Building with Felony Intent originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later turned over to the Providence Superior Court.

Warwick man arrested on drug possession in West Warwick At 11:10 p.m. Sept. 28, troopers arrested Crystal Marold, 37, of 36 Drum Rock Ave., Warwick, RI, for a Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Crawford Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake Center.
