WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  the week of Dec. 1 – 3  involved domestic assault and robbery, trespassing, and unauthorized conveyance of items at the ACI.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Providence stop, domestic assault, robbery warrants At 10:51 a.m. Dec. 1, troopers arrested William Pardee, 35, of 80 Victory Road, Warwick, for, 1.) Kent Country Superior Court Bench Warrant for AG Request on the original charge of Domestic Assault originating from the East Greenwich Police Department, 2.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for AG Request on the original charge of Domestic Assault originating from the North Kingstown Police Department, and 3.) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for AG Request on the original charge of First-Degree Robbery originating from the North Kingstown Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Third District Court.

Trespassing, bail violator At 4 p.m. Dec. 1, troopers arrested Isaiah Marqus, 22, of 2020 Elmwood Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Willful Trespassing originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks.

This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Laurie and Burrillville Police Department locating Marqus.

Marqus was processed at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center, where he will be held pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court, where he will be presented as a 32F Probation violator.

Unauthorized articles, meth possession On Friday, Dec. 2, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Joseph Belanger, 57, of 1143 Main Avenue, Apartment 12, Warwick, Rhode Island with Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles to/from an Institution (Felony) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Department of Corrections Special Investigative Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit.

Belanger was arraigned in Third District Court where he was held without bail.

Crash results in arrest for missed suspended license hearing At 7:10 p.m. Dec. 2, troopers arrested Daniel Colon, 47, of 56 Meadowrue Trail, Saunderstown, RI, for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the North Kingstown Police Department.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Colon was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake.
