PROVIDENCE, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  the week of Nov. 11  involved Providence County arrests for receiving stolen goods, DUI, assault and driving without consent.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Traffic stop, receiving stolen goods At 1:49 a.m. Nov. 7, troopers arrested Jamaal Hunte, 37, of 901 Coventry Lane, Apartment 201, Norwood, Massachusetts for Receiving Stolen Goods (Misdemeanor).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Hunte was photographed, and misdemeanor released from the scene, signing a Rhode Island District Court Notice to Appear, acknowledging his obligation to appear in Third Division District Court on a later date.

North Providence stop, DUI At 12:45 a.m. Nov. 8, troopers arrested Elisa A. Natalizia, 37, of 61 Moswansicut Lake Drive, Scituate, Rhode Island for Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs – First Offense, BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .202 BAC, Phase II: .202 BAC).

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence. Natalizia was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Providence stop, DUI arrest On Monday, Nov. 7, at 11:23 a.m., troopers arrested Jean Jean-Louis, 26, of 328 West Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs BAC unknown and 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Jean-Louis was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

Providence, driving without consent On Monday, Nov. 7, at 11:36 a.m., troopers arrested Renoy Mcfarlane, 35, of 667 Russell St., apt. #A, New Haven, CT.,, for Driving without consent of owner or lessee.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Mcfarlane was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and then released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

Providence stop, receiving stolen goods On Monday, Nov. 7, at 11:22 p.m., troopers arrested Eric Perkins, 37, of 282 Hartford Avenue, Apt. #5, Providence, Rhode Island, for Receiving stolen goods. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in Providence. Perkins was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.

Simple assault warrant On Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 2 a.m., troopers arrested Diondra Roberson, 30, of 666 Prairie Ave., Apt. #647, Providence, RI, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. Roberson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Illegal pistol, weapons On Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 11:40 p.m., troopers arrested Jacob Robert, 21, of 4B Church Street, Dayville, CT, for 1.) Affidavit and arrest warrant for Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer originating out of the Scituate Police Department, 2.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol and 3.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited (Two Counts).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 146 North, in Lincoln. Robert was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Third Division District Court.

Illegal pistol, “ghost” gun On Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 11:40 p.m., troopers arrested Kaleb O’Donnell, 22, of 1 Woodstock Hills Drive, Woodstock, Connecticut, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol (Two Counts) and 2.) Manufacture, Sell, Purchase, or Possession of a Ghost or 3-D Gun.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 146 North, in Lincoln. O’Donnell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Third Division District Court.

Cumberland stop, cocaine possession At 7:30 p.m., Nov. 8 troopers arrested Paul J. Engelhardt Jr, 29, of 23 Collins Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) License Required for Carrying a Pistol, 2.) Possession of Schedule I – V – Cocaine, 3.) Possession of Schedule I – V – MDMA, 4.) Possession of Weapon other than Firearm, and 5.) Possession of Marijuana – Over One Ounce.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in Cumberland. Engelhardt was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment

Missed court, assault charge At 9:38 p.m. Nov. 8 troopers arrested Taquasha Gadson, 29, of 219 Grand Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the charge of Felony Assault, originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Superior Street in the City of Providence. The subject was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Womens’ Intake Center.
