WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log this week  in, nearby and involving Warwick included arrests for missing court on various charges.

Traffic stop ends with arrest on narcotics charge At 2:40 p.m. April 3, troopers arrested Luis Rosa, 24 of 19 Bend St, Apt. #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule II.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Rosa was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was held overnight pending formal arraignment at Third District Court, to be presented as a District Court probation violator.

Traffic stop catches man wanted for violating no contact order At 2:45 p.m. April 3, troopers arrested Jeanne Ford, 50, of 40 Sweetbriar Ave., Riverside, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence Prevention – Violation of a No Contact Order.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and transported to State Police Headquarters where she was held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court, to be presented as a District Court bail violator.

Traffic stop catches trio wanted for domestic assault, stalking, DUI charges At 11:45 a.m. April 5, troopers made a a motor vehicle stop Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick, arresting the following people on the following charges:

  • Jessie Wilkerson, 25, of 26 Maple St. Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Probation Violation on the original charge of Driving Without Consent of the Owner originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Domestic – Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department.
  • Troopers also arrested Kurtis Gautier, 31, of 264 O’Connell St. Providence, Rhode Island for1.) a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Technical Violation on the original charge of Felony Assault originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, 2.) a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Technical Violation on the original charge of Domestic – Simple Assault – 3rd Offense originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, 3.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Cyberstalking and Cyber Harassment originating out of the East Providence Police Department, and 4.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Harassing Communication originating out of the East Providence Police Department.
  • Breanne Cardente, 21, of 445 Farnum Pike Smithfield, Rhode Island for a Kent County Superior Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .08 -.10 originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.
