WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests June 3-10 involving Warwick included charges for DUI on Rte. 95 and Jefferson Boulevard, respectively.
Here are the basics on those arrests:
At 12:07 a.m. June 10, Troopers arrested Larry Dennard, 35, of 169 Canal St., Providence, RI for Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs- First Offense – BAC .10-.15 (Phase 1: .109 BAC, Phase II: .106). The arrest was the result of a call for an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 12:18 a.m., June 10 Troopers arrested Thomas Haynes, age 57, of 573 Park Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Drugs – First Offense, B.A.C Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
