WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Sept. 8-10 involving Warwick included traffic stops, DUI arrests, stolen goods and credit card fraud charges.

Here are the details of those arrests:

Traffic stop, missed court charge On Thursday, Sept. 9, at 2:34 a.m., troopers arrested Ronald Kalinowski, 33, of 18 Ayr St., Apt. #2, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Raymond Street, Providence. Kalinowski was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 1:43 am Sept. 10, troopers arrested Angel Rodriguez, 39, of 158 Apricot St., Apartment #B, Worcester, Massachusetts, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – First Offense, BAC Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Rodriguez was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Credit card fraud arrest At 8:53 a.m. Sept. 10, troopers arrested Stephanie Theberge, 31, of 121 Moore St., Apt. #3F, Warwick, Rhode Island, on 1) Hold Without Bail Superior Court full bench warrant for a 32 (F) Technical Violation on the original charge of Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 2) Hold Without Bail Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Domestic Violence and Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and then turned over to Superior Court.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 11:17 p.m. Sept. 10, troopers arrested Sarah E. Strong, 27, of 89 Keene St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown-First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Strong was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
