Warwick, RI – This week’s Rhode Island State Police activity in and nearby Warwick involved arrests for DUI and reckless driving stemming from traffic stops:
Traffic stop on Rte. 95 ends with DUI arrest At 12:30 a.m. Nov. 9, troopers arrested Sinnakhone Kompradith, 32, of 63 Alton Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs 1st Offense B.A.C Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South, in Warwick. Kompradith was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and released after arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
Troopers stop, arrest, alleged reckless driver On Thursday Nov. 10, at 7:40 a.m., troopers arrested Allen Perez, 40, 115 Saratoga Ave., Apt. 3, Yonkers, New York for 1.) Reckless Driving and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License.
The arrest was the result of a BOLO transmission out of the Hope Valley Barracks and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 north in the City of Warwick. Perez was taken to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, before being transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
