WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Dec. 16 – Dec. 20 in and surrounding Warwick involved charges for missed hearings on assault,

Here are the details of those arrests:

Rte. 95 stop, two arrests At 9:43 a.m. Dec. 16, troopers arrested Venessa Williams, 34, and Daniel Terry, age 42, each of of 6102 South County Trail, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, after a traffic stop on Rte. 95 South in the City of Warwick.

Williamson was arrested for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for a technical violation hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery originating from the North Kingstown Police Department.  She was misdemeanor released on scene and issued a future District Court Notice to Appear.

Terry was a arrested on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating from the North Kingstown Police Department. Terry was misdemeanor released on scene and issued a future District Court Notice to Appear.

Traffic stop, DUI On Dec. 16, at 6:10 p.m., troopers arrested Felipe De La Roca, 45, of 119 Pender Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense, 3) Operating Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock System and 4) Driving After Denial, Revocation, Suspension – Certain Violations – Second Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on W Natick Road in the City of Warwick. De La Roca was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and held overnight, pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.

Jefferson Boulevard DUI stop At 12:50 a.m. Dec. 18, troopers arrested Matthew Mullery, 30, of 138 Gordon Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense / B.A.C. .15 or Greater.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to headquarters for processing and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

Jefferson Boulevard DUI At 6:56 p.m. Dec. 19, troopers arrested Eddie Kelly, 62, of 3 Camden Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown- First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of Warwick. Kelly was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
