Wickford Barracks – At 6:46 p.m. Oct. 13, troopers arrested Amalys Matos, 19, of 356 High St., Cumberland, for a Central Falls Police Department Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Blvd in the City of Warwick.
Matos was transported to the Wickford barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Central Falls Police Department.
Hope Valley Barracks – On Oct. 11 at 5 p.m., troopers arrested Candace Francis, 35, of 64 Erastus St., Providence RI for a 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Loitering for Indecent Purpose out of Providence Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Loitering for Indecent Purpose out of the Providence Police Department and 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Violation of Suspended Sentence on the original charge of Visit Common Nuisance/Controlled Substance out of the Providence Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Francis was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake.
Wickford Barracks – Â At 9 p.m. Oct. 11, troopers arrested James Dealmo age 62, of 21 Keith Drive, Hope Valley, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs- First Offense (B.A.C. Unknown) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Breath Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop while troopers were assigned to DUI Enforcement on Rte. 95 in Warwick.
Dealmo was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
Lincoln Woods Barracks – On Friday Oct. 10, at 10:10 p.m., troopers arrested Derick Deluca, 22, of 45 Dundas Ave. Warwick, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense – B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Chemical Test Refusal.
The arrest was the result of troopers responding to single car motor vehicle crash on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Deluca was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending his arraignment in the morning.
