WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  April 29 – May 15 involving Warwick included charges for domestic assault and driving to endanger.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Jefferson Boulvard stop, domestic assault At 9:50 a.m. April 29, troopers arrested Harold Felder, 35, of 55 Lindy Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Felder was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Driving to endanger, dealth resulting At 2:30 p.m. April 29, troopers arrested Ryan Van Winkle, 32, of 4 State Street, Apt. #3N, Warren, Rhode Island for Driving to Endanger – Resulting in Death.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation that occurred on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Van Winkle was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the custody of the Division of Sheriffs.
