COVENTRY, RI — Coventry arrests and other Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log Sept. 12 – 19 involved charges for vandalism, DUI, cocaine and fentanyl possession and insurance fraud.

RI Trooper Log: Coventry Arrests Sept. 8 – 18
Rte. 95 EG stop, vandalism warrant At 3:17 p.m. Sept. 8, the RI Trooper Log reported officers arrested Ebony Carson Hamilton, 30, of 137 Eldridge Court, Cranston, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Vandalism originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Ms. Carson Hamilton was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Carson Hamilton was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
Insurance fraud On Sept. 12, the RI Trooper Log reports members of the Auto Theft Unit arrested Yanessa Diaz, 24, of 34 Youngs Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Insurance Fraud. Diaz was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future court date.
Missed court, drug possession On Saturday, Sept. 14, at 11:47 p.m., troopers arrested Christopher Laurence, 40, of 36 Gardner Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Substance.
Trespassing On Sept. 15, 2024, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested William Miley, age 53, of 1205 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Massachusetts, for one misdemeanor count of trespassing. Miley was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and presented to the On-call Attorney General as a 32f probation violator. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions pending a morning re-arraignment.
Fentanyl, Cocaine Possession At 11:15 p.m. Sept. 16, Trooper Richards, assisted by Trooper Nuhn, arrested Dave Dionne, 34, of 175 Fairview Ave., Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V less than 10 Grams (Fentanyl), and 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V less than 10 Grams (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in Warwick. Dionne was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear at Third Division District Court.
WG Arrest ,DUI On Thursday, Sept. 19, at 11:31 p.m., troopers arrested Steven C. Xenopoulos, 51, of 145 Bakers Creek Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs-BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of West Greenwich. Xenopoulos was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
