Warwick, RI – State Police arrests involving Warwick residents and stops in the city this week resulted in child molestation charges against one man as well as the apprehension of a sex offender who’d failed to register and a woman who had violated a no-contact order, among other incidents.

Warwick Man arrested on child molestation charge On Oct. 8, members of the Computer Crimes Unit / ICAC Task Force arrested Henry Bozzo, 59, of 84 Steele Ave., Warwick, charging him with First Degree Child Molestation.

Bozzo was arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Woodcock-Pfeiffer and held without bail. A No Contact Order was also issued on behalf of the victim.

Sex offender arrested on Warwick warrant for not registering On Oct. 8, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Jason A. Weeks, 28, of 67 Stone Dr., Cranston, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender by the Warwick Police Department.

Weeks was turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Woman arrested for missing court on receiving stolen goods charge On Oct. 8 at 2:49 p.m., troopers arrested Michelle Kettelle, 36, of 29 Standard Ave., Warwick, RI for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear to Pay Restitution on the charge of Receiving Stolen Goods originating out the North Kingstown Police Department 2.) Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating out of the Jamestown Police Department.

Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 403 in the Town of North Kingstown. Kettelle was transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Women’s Intake Center.

Traffic stop nabs drug charge court scofflaw At 1:02 p.m. Oct. 8, troopers arrested Michael E. Parker, 21, of 4 Baldwin St., Pawtucket, for a Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Parker was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to Superior Court.

Suspended license court scofflaw arrested at traffic stop At 7:37 a.m. Oct. 8, troopers arrested Francisco Figueroa, 47, of 20 Garfield Ave., basement, Cranston, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Pay on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License, originating from the Johnston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Figueroa was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to Third District Court.

Domestic Assault court scofflaw arrested after traffic stop On Wednesday Oct. 7 at 2:03 p.m., a trooper arrested Elizabeth Baker, 50, of 131 Legris Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the North Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Baker was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later turned over Third District Court.

Warwick woman arrested for violating no-contact order On Oct. 6, at 2:48 p.m., troopers arrested Katherine Rosener, 21, of 40 Curson St., West Warwick, for Violation of a No-Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road Warwick.

Rosener was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute-Women’s Intake pending morning arraignment at Third District Court as a bail violator.
