Here are the basics on those arrests:

No Contact Violation Order On Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at 11:59 a.m., troopers arrested Robert Julian, 51, of 121 Lincoln St., Apartment #2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Julian being located at the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Julian was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center. On Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 11:50 p.m., troopers arrested Kenneth Tyler, 34, of 16 Sabra St., Apt. #1, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue, in Providence. Tyler was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Assault, Missed Hearing On Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 11:55 p.m., troopers arrested Noelle Rogers, 28, of 75 Ocean St., Apt. #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and arrest warrant for Simple Assault/Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, 2.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks, and 3.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department.

The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street, in the City of Providence. Rogers was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

Domestic Stalking, B&E On Jan. 12, 2023, at 7 a.m., troopers arrested Sension Jimenez, 30, of 300 Smithfield Road, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Stalking Prohibited, 2.) Breaking and Entering with Resident on Premises, 3.) Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – Third Offense, 4.) Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – Third Offense.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Jimenez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court.

Assault, Fighting, Indecent Exposure On Jan. 12, 5 p.m., troopers arrested Wayne Samuelian, 55, of 22 Lawn Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Simple Assault, 2.) Disorderly Conduct – Fighting and Tumultuous Behavior, and 3.) Disorderly Conduct – Indecent Exposure.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Cranston Street Armory for reports of a disturbance. Samuelian was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.

Disorderly Conduct, Cranston St. Armory On Jan. 12, 2023, at 5 p.m., troopers arrested Jacob Samuelian, 30, of 22 Lawn Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of troopers responding to the Cranston Street Armory for reports of a disturbance. Samuelian was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.

Obstructing an Officer On Jan. 12, 2023, at 7:42 p.m., troopers arrested Carmen Braxton, 32, of 25 Church St., East Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.

This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Braxton being taken into custody by the Warwick Police Department. Braxton was processed at the Scituate Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator.

Traffic Stop, Missed Court At 8:10 a.m. Jan. 12, troopers arrested Anthony Rodriguez, 35, of 136 Edgemere Road, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Cost Review originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick.

Rodriguez was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Providence County Superior Court.

Disorderly Conduct, traffic stop At 2:15 p.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Luis Jolon Yocute, 37 of 610 Pine St., Central Falls, Rhode Island for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on a charge of disorderly conduct from the Middletown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 4 in the Town of East Greenwich.

Jolon Yocute was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the ACI Men’s Intake Center.

DUI, Rte. 95 Stop At 1:07 a.m. Jan.13, troopers arrested Michael Natale, 30, of 29 Delaware Ave., Warwick, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – 1st Offense B.A.C. Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Rte. 4 Stop, DUI At 3:07 a.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Christian Blakeley, 22, of 24 Ellis Drive, Harwich, Massachusetts for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – 1st Offense B.A.C. Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 4 in East Greenwich. Blakeley was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Unlicensed Pistol, Hit & Run At 12:20 a.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Austin Pollock, 23, of 119 Perry St., Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Carry Pistol or Revolver Without License or Permit out of the Pawtucket Police Department, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle out of the Central Falls Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 146 in Providence. Pollock was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.

Reckless Driving, DUI At 12:55 a.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Jared Santiago, 30, of 26 Rutland Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to A Chemical Test, 3.) Reckless Driving/Eluding -1st Offense, and 4.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the Result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Santiago was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth District Court.

Vandalism At 8:45 a.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Spencer Marlow, 31, of 12 Warren Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property originating from the Johnston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers locating Marlow at his residence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Johnston Police Department.

Rte. 295 Stop, DUI At 10:17 p.m. Jan. 13, troopers arrested Andrew Dwyer, 32, of 442 Pike Ave., Attleboro, MA for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – BAC Unknown, 2) Reckless Driving and 3) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 295 in the Town of Smithfield. Dwyer was transported to Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Hit & Run On Jan. 14 at 10:51 a.m., troopers arrested Brian Gill, 32, of 23 Dayton St., Apt. #2, Westerly, Rhode Island on an affidavit arrest warrant for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Gill was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later released.

Rte. 95 Hopkinton, DUI On Jan. 15 at 1:05 a.m., troopers arrested Kevin D. Levesque, 38, of 3309 Flanagan Drive, Glastonbury, Connecticut for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown- 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Hopkinton.

The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Assault, Cranston Street Armory At 4:41 p.m. Jan. 14, troopers arrested David Albu, 38, of 410 S Polar St., Apt. #1L, Hazleton, Pennsylvania for 1.) Simple Assault, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Cranston Street Armory in the City of Providence for a disturbance. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

Domestic Assault At 8:35 p.m. Jan. 14, troopers arrested Marcin Janusz, 38, of 146 Bayberry Road, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Domestic-Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a domestic disturbance which occurred on Rte. 195 in Providence. Janusz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

Rte. 95 Erratic Operator, DUI At 2:54 a.m. Jan. 14, troopers arrested Keron Aird, 27 of 382 Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- First Offense (Phase I BAC .113%, Phase II BAC .113%).

The arrest was the result of troopers investigating an erratic operator which was traveling on Rte. 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Aird was transported to Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
