WARWICK, RI — State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between July 15 and July 20 involved DUI, felony assault shoplifting and credit fraud.

Here are the details of those arrests:

Traffic stop ends with arrest on Family Court warrant At 9:06 a.m. July 15, troopers arrested Luis Lagos, 30, of 180 Pleasant Ave., Pawtucket, for a Family Court Bench Warrant – Reciprocal Body Attachment.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick.

Warwick man arrested for DUI in Bristol At 6:55 p.m. July 15, troopers arrested Jake McCann, 26, of 117 Ormsby Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – blood alcohol Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Asylum Road (Colt State Park) in the City of Bristol.

Traffic stop nabs man wanted for shoplifting At 7:21 p.m. July 16, troopers arrested Danielle Lusignan, 36, of 33 Anthony Road, Foster, Rhode Island for an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.

Traffic stop catches woman wanted for credit fraud At 3:03 a.m. July 17 Troopers arrested Alyssa Ray, 25, of 13145 Briar St., Corona, CA on 1) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card originating out of the West Warwick Police Department 2) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the original charge of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute-Female Intake.

Cranston man arrested on no contact order violation charge At 3:30 p.m. July 18, troopers arrested Ryan Cooley, 29, of 9 Edgewood Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Cooley was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court, to be presented as a probation violator.

Traffic stop catches man wanted for missing court At 9:08 a.m. July18, troopers arrested Michael Cole, 42, of 1909 Elmwood Ave., Apt. #E, Providence, RI on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Cole was transported to the State Police Scituate Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court.

Disabled vehicle leads to man’s arrest for missing court At 6:21 p.m. July 19 Troopers arrested Dominique Pina, 29, of 101 Rutherglen Ave., Providence, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of driving with suspended/revoked license, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.

The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting a disabled motor vehicle on Rte 95 in the Warwick. Pina was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

Traffic stop ends in woman’s arrest for suspended license, disorderly conduct. At 12:31 a.m. July 19 troopers arrested Courtney McFarlane, 33, of 76 Fairgreen Drive, West Warwick for 1.) Operating on a Suspended License 1st Offense, 2.) Resisting Arrest, and 3.) Disorderly Conduct.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later released after being arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

Troopers arrest man wanted in Warwick for felony assault At 12:05 a.m. July 20, troopers Eugene Cahoon, 45, of 51 East St., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) an Affidavit Arrest warrant out of the West Warwick Police Department on the charge of vandalism/malicious injury to property, 2.) a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for cost review on the original charge of felony assault with a dangerous weapon/substance out of the Warwick Police Department.

Cahoon was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
