WARWICK, RI — State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between April 1 and April 7 in and involving Warwick included traffic stops leading to an arrest on a warrant for domestic vandalism and DUI charges.

Here are the details of those arrests:

Warwick teacher arrested for child porn possession On April 2, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Richard Conti, 69, of 61 Norfolk Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography.

Conti, a teacher at Hoxsie Elementary School, was arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Associate Judge Caruolo and issued $2,500.00 surety bail with special bail conditions of no contact with minors and limited internet use.

Traffic stop ends with DUI arrest At 10:42 p.m. April 5, Troopers arrested Lisamarie Ueberroth, 58, of 1 Nottingham Drive, Raynham, MA for 1.) Driving Under the Influence B.A.C Over .15 – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.

Callers alert troopers to erratic driver, DUI arrest At 5:27 p.m. April 6, troopers arrested Kury Nadine, 33, of 18 Fairlawn Ave., Milton, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving under the Influence of Drugs/Alcohol – BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of the Lincoln Woods Barracks receiving several 911 telephone calls reporting an erratic operator on Route 95 in the City of Warwick and a subsequent motor vehicle stop.

Traffic stop ends in domestic vandalism arrest At 8 a.m. April 5, troopers arrested Ricky Vieira, 30, of 246 North Country Club Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue in the City of Warwick.
