WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Feb. 22 – March 1 concerning Warwick involved charges of sexual assault and DUI on Rte. 95.
Here are the basics on those RI Trooper Log arrests:
Warrant for sexual assault On Feb. 28, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joseph Paquin, 39, of 60 Elite Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant drafted by the Central Falls Police Department for Second Degree Sexual Assault.
Paquin was processed and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
DUI, Rte. 95 At 2:18 a.m. March 1, troopers arrested Audriana Stiles, 21, of 20 Northampton St., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Stiles was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
