COVENTRY, RI — Coventry arrests and other Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log  Jan. – 24 – Feb. 3 involved charges for DUI, fraud, larceny and possession of crack and fentanyl.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Coventry RI Trooper Log arrests and other Kent County arrests:

Kent County & Coventry arrests:

Xanax, Crack Cocaine possession On Friday Jan 24 at 10:32 p.m., troopers arrested, Necole Nardolillo, 31, of 35 Pennsylvania Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Less than 10 grams (Xanax) 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Less than 10 grams (Crack Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hayward Street in the City of Providence.

Nardolillo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

Insurance fraud, money under false pretenses  On Jan. 28, members of the Auto Theft, ACI Investigations and Intelligence Units arrested Frank Rogowski, 33, of 2114 Plainfield Pike, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Insurance Fraud Over $10,000; and 2) Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses Over $10,000.

The arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Unit. Mr. Rogowski was transported to Headquarters, processed, and then turned over to Third District Court officials, where he was presented as a probation violator.

Wanted, illegal drug charge On Monday, Feb. 3 at 12:50 a.m., troopers arrested Peter Wilson, 57, of 160 Andrews Ave., West Warwick, RI for an active Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Rte. 6 West in Johnston. Wilson was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI – Men’s Intake Facility.

Wanted in MA for conspiracy, Larceny On Jan. 29, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged David Nadeau, 60, last known address of 72 Gough Ave., Apartment #27, West Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with original offense(s) of: 1) Conspiracy; 2) Larceny over $1,200; and 3) Receiving Stolen Property over $1,200. Mr. Nadeau was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

Property by false pretenses, public assistance fraud On Feb. 3, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Leon Eghian, 55, of 650 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses Over $10,000; 2) Giving False Documents to a Public Official; and 3) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance. Mr. Eghian was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.

Fentanyl, cocaine, meth possession charges At 11:28 p.m. Feb. 3, troopers arrested Martina Vidaurreta, 25, of 1 River Street, Apartment #3, West Warwick, RI, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine), 2.) Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl), 3.) Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Crystal Meth). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence.

Vidaurreta was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight as a Probation Violator.
