WARWICK, RI — A number of obstacles stand between DPW crews and their current task to reconstruct a man hole at Sandy Lane and Armory Street as they continue repairs on a collapsed sewer line.
DPW Director Mat Solitro took some time Tuesday morning to explain their progress and the work they hope to accomplish this week.
