WARWICK, RI  — The Warwick City Council meets tonight with a number of items on their agenda, including a presentation from Philip Carlucci, the new IT director, and a request for a Department of Health report on air quality surrounding TF Green Airport.

The meeting in Council chambers at City Hall, 3275 Post Road, may also include a discussion of new rules for in-home businesses, a zoning change for lots 10 and 13 on Plat 157, off of Greenwich Avenue, petitioned by Bellecastle Realty, Inc.

The petition would reduce the number of required parking space  within the office zoned area to 1 space per 212 square feet for a medical office use. The change will also allow the erection of a temporary sign abutting
15 Greenwich Avenue to the west, at the entrance of the property and a temporary illuminated sign abutting I-95 to the east. 11-26-2018 Regular Public Hearing Docket Amended
