Warwick, RI — Two items on the Warwick City Council’s new business Monday night could outlaw smoking on public beaches and require department heads to alert them to line item transfers in their budget after discussion in City Hall’s top floor, 3275 Post Road at 7 p.m. for regular business
The two ordinances,
PCO-16-16 An Ordinance mirroring Senate Bill S0124 – No Smoking on Public Beaches (Councilman Merolla, Councilwoman Usler, Councilman Ladouceur)
PCR-74-16 A Resolution to require any department head that makes any transfer in any line item in their budget to notify the City Council in writing at the next City Council meeting after making said transfer (Councilman Ladouceur)
