Warwick Police Headquarters at 99 Veterans Memorial Drive. WPD Warwick arrests March 1 – 31 included charges against 179 individuals.

WARWICK, RI — WPD March 2024 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, domestic violence, assault, stolen vehicle possession, illegal drugs, embezzlement, simple assault and felony assault.

Warwick Police made 179 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

Embezzlement: On March 1 at 5:22 p.m., Officer Yadira Allen arrested Ryan T. Iavorone, 47, of 3335 Mendon Road, Apt. 4, Cumberland, RI, charging him with two counts of Embezzlement and fraudulent conversion, greater than $100 and two counts of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance 10 grams or Less.

Larceny At 11:15 p.m. March 4, Officer Bryan C Araujo arrested Leon M. Gagne, 20, of 560 Main St., Pawtucket, RI, charging him with Larceny, greater than $1,500 and less than $5,000. He was arraigned in Third District Court on March 5, scheduled for a court screening on the charge June 17, and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.

Stolen vehicle possession At 8:23 p.m. March 10, Officer Michael Bailey arrested Wilberto C. Rodriguez, 40, of 381 Warwick Ave., Apt. 3, Warwick, RI, charging him with Possesion of a Stolen Vehicle, first offense. He was arraigned March 11 in Third District Court, scheduled for March 8 status conference on the charge, and released on surety $2,500.00 (@10%  $250.00) bail.

Embezzlement: On March 20 at 8:12 a.m., Officer Normand G Guilbert arrested Jamaal M. Dublin, 40, of 285 Willard Ave., Providence, RI, charging him with  Embezzlement and fraudulent conversion, greater than $100, and disorderly conduct.

Felony assault At 1:56 a.m. March 22, Officer David G Waddington arrested Kristian B. Dzilenski, 34, of 348 Brookline Drive, Warwick, RI, charging him with felony assault and/or battery. Dzilenski was arraigned March 22 and scheduled for an April 8 hearing for probable cause in Third District Court and a June 24 court screening, then released on $10,000 personal recognizance with a Non-Domestic No Contact Order.
