    WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police made 42 arrests between the dates of Jan. 11, and Jan. 18, including five DUI charges, one for simple assault, two for domestic assault, one for burglary and another for breaking and entering.

    • On Jan. 13 at 5:30 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Collin Sparhawk, 19, at 333 Chapmans Ave., charging him with burglary and breaking and entering.
    • On Jan. 14 at 8:18 p.m., Warick police arrested Joshua M. Cooney, 21, at Fairfax Village Apartments, 900 Post Road, Apt. 62, charging him with breaking and entering a home and with larceny less than $1,500.
    • On Jan. 14 at 3:21 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Vitaliy Goretoy, 39, charging him with simple assault or battery and evasion of fare.
    • On Jan. 15 at 5:35 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Patrick Wilson, 45, at Sandy Lane Apartments, Apt. 119, charging him with simple assault or battery –domestic.
