WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police made 43 arrests between the dates of Feb. 8 and Feb. 15, including three DUI charges, three for simple assault, four for domestic assault, one for breaking and entering, six for shoplifting, and one for cruelty to animals.
- On Feb. 8 at 1:38 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Joseph Martella, 35, at 175 Post Road on two outstanding warrants, charging him with breaking and entering.
- On Feb. 8 at 1:38 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Feras Abulraouf, 40, at Valero, 1625 Post Road, charging him with embezzlement illegal computer access/wire fraud.
- On Feb. 12 at 4:31 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Johnny Pena Ortiz, 27, at Motel 6, 20 Jefferson Blvd., charging him with receiving stolen goods.
- On Feb. Warwick Police arrested Donna Vessella, 61, at Bayside Apartments, 406 Warner Brook Drive, charging her with unnecessary cruelty to animals, and abandonment of infirm animals.
