WPD Arrest Log March 8-15: Cocaine, Hit & Run, Assault, Embezzlement

WARWICK — Warwick Police made 49 arrests between March 8 and March 15 on charges including seven for outstanding warrants, six for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, one for assault of medical personnel, one for hit and run, one for cocaine possession, one for narcotics possession with intent to deliver, and another for embezzlement:

Following are the details of those arrests:

  • On March 8 at 11 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Bryan Bainter, 29, at Bank of America, 50 West Shore Road, charging him with two counts of possession/manufacturing with intent to deliver a schedule I/II drug, one count ofpossession/manufacturing with intent to deliver a schedule III/V drug, possession of illegal weapons other than firearms, and possession of marijuana.
  • On March 9 at 9:28 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Justin Viveiros, 31, at Magna Hospitality Group, 300 Centerville Road, Apt. 300, charging him with illegal computer access and embezzlement/fraudulent conversion greater than $100.
  • On March 9 at 7:25 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Tyrell Carpenter, 19, at 835 Sandy Lane, Apt. #4, charging him with possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms.
  • On March 10 at 2:01 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Eden Rose, 28, at 235 Parkside Drive, charging her with possession of cocaine, DUI, driving with a suspended license, and refusal to submit to a chemical blood alcohol test.
